Whitestone NYC, is a residential neighborhood a few miles from Manhattan. It is located in the northern part of Queens, the second most populated borough of New York. Here we can find Le Harve, a complex that consists of 32 buildings for a total of 1,024 luxury apartments spreading across 28 acres. Completed by two swimming pools, a wellness center, cafés, tennis courts and playgrounds for children. Comelit was chosen because of the need to use existing cabling while giving the tenants the latest technology including the Comelit App.
In particular, for this project each building has been equipped with a digital Ikall Metal Entrance panel and the Comelit Mini Wi-Fi, the revolutionary 2-wire door entry monitor. It provides several funcions to the user, such as the ability of receiving a call anywhere in the world via the Comelit App. The Mini Wi-Fi also has the ability through voice assistants as Amazon Alexa and Google Home to open the door easily with simple commands. It also has face recognition technology that allows to recognize the face of who is ringing the apartment intercom.
This project concluded in March 2021, with the installation being done by Total Security, one of the most highly rated commercial and residential security installation companies in the metropolitan area of New York. Total Security is also one of the top partners of Comelit USA, along with other companies which make up the Diamond Dealer Program of Comelit, a program developed to include all the top and highly rated and trustworthy partners of our industry.
