Being close to people, in Comelit starts in the company with its employees .

 

For Comelit, putting people at the center of our goals means, first and foremost, being close to our collaborators, to those who work with us every day and are at the basis of the growth process in which the company plays a leading role. Comelit’s success is based on its people: this is why, when we coined our new claim “With You. Always,” we thought of them first of all.

Silvia Brasi, president of Comelit Group, tells us about the birth of the company’s new claim and how the growth of a company is the result of the work and joint commitment of all those who experience it firsthand.

 

“Comelit’s growth over these years is the result of commitment, enthusiasm, responsibility, and dedication to the company’s goals by our employees. It is only fair that they, too, should therefore benefit from it. In 2011 it was 124 employees who got it: this year it will be 311. This is also a sign of our company’s growth path. I would also like to point out that, in 2020, despite the difficulties caused by the pandemic, in the face of a drop in turnover, our employees not only grew in number but still received regular performance bonuses, which we decided to supplement, at the end of the year, with an additional bonus, precisely to thank them for the special and exceptional effort they had put in to deal with this very difficult contingency.”

But welfare at Comelit does not stop there. People have always been at the center of our vision. And, since last year, the choice of the claim “With You. Always” has been accompanied by an even more structured company policy in this regard: the attitude of valuing and rewarding our employees belongs to the company DNA. For some time now, when a child is born or when an employee gets married, he or she receives a gift and a shopping voucher. Since last year, we have also established scholarships for the children of our employees who graduate from high school or college: in the first year, 7 were given out.

By contract in Comelit since 2021, all employees enjoy benefits on health benefits under the Metasalute fund. As of last January, we chose to join Plan C, which extends these benefits and amplifies the benefits.

We are introducing within our company: less travel, less CO2, less traffic, and it is definitely a corporate cultural revolution.

These new tools will be accompanied by dedicated, organization-wide coaching, as well as the introduction of a set of best practices to follow.
