A house with 93% recycled plastic.
The building’s name, Flores, comes from the decade-long Floriade event, held in 2022 in the town of Almere (30 km from Amsterdam), where an innovative prototype of a home made with 93% recycled plastic was presented.
Comelit Group immediately supported the Flores project, as it was perfectly aligned with the company’s policies of sustainability and technological innovation.
Sustainability embraces technological innovation.
The residential tower Flores is part of a larger project to create the symbolic neighborhood of symbiosis between the city and nature. It’s an innovative example of green building, with a facade colored like a work of art, on which the surface will represent all the plants and trees of the exhibition, creating a kind of vertical garden.
