Living the future, today. Comelit has been involved in the realization of the first real smart district in the city of Milan and Italy: it is the UpTown project located in the post-Expo area of Cascina Merlata.
The project, curated by the real estate promotion and development company EuroMilano, was born in 2016 and Comelit was immediately selected as a technology partner to equip the two initial lots with home automation, video entry system, video surveillance and burglar alarm systems.
The partnership was also reconfirmed for the development of the third, even more exclusive lot, called Feel UpTown, which included not only dwellings that privilege outdoor spaces such as gardens and terraces, but also the creation of a private cinema, a swimming pool and areas dedicated to wellness and sports.

They allow opening via the same key used for home automation and alarm, as well as sending messages to both external pushbuttons and all internal video intercoms.
Supervisor Maxi Manager with Android
The beating heart of the system is a real on-board computer that offers the possibility to integrate third-party apps and systems, to manage all the services of the exclusive residential complex through a single device.
